TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL

⭐ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
⭐ The client (You) must provide clear references and descriptions for the artwork.
⭐ Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request or demand.
⭐ All commissions are for personal/non-commercial use unless agreed upon otherwise.
⭐ Any personal information shared between the artist (DigiGoop) and the client (You) will be kept confidential and only used for the purposes of the transaction.
⭐ The artist (DigiGoop) retains the right to display the commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media (with proper credit to the client (You), if requested).

ORDERING & PROCESS

TURNAROUND TIME
⭐ The estimated time for completion is [1 week to 3 months], depending on complexity and my workload.
⭐ If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform the client as soon as possible.
⭐ Rush orders (for quicker completion) may be subject to additional fees.REVISIONS
⭐ The client is entitled to [5] of minor revisions (e.g., color changes, small adjustments) during the sketch phase.
⭐ Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, character redesigns) may incur additional fees.
⭐ Revisions requested after the final approval may also be subject to additional charges.DELIVERY
⭐ The final artwork will be delivered digitally in file format(s), such as .PNG, .JPEG, or .PSD.
⭐ No physical product will be shipped unless specifically agreed upon (e.g., prints, merchandise).
⭐ Clients should ensure that their email and contact information are up to date for timely delivery.

PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT
⭐ Payments are made upfront [No split system].
⭐ All payments are made through Ko-fi or Vgen.
⭐ Commissions will not begin until the payment is received.
⭐ Prices are listed in USD, and the client is responsible for any applicable transaction fees.REFUND
⭐ Full refunds are available if the commission has not been started.
⭐ Partial refunds are available if the commission is partially completed (percentage based on the progress made).
⭐ No refunds are available once the artwork is fully completed.
⭐ If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, you will be fully refunded.CANCELLATION
⭐ The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or breach of these terms.
⭐ The client may cancel the commission before work begins or at the sketch phase, subject to refund terms outlined above.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

⭐ As the artist, I retain full copyright over the artwork unless agreed upon otherwise.
⭐ The client may NOT alter, trace, resell, use for AI purposes, or claim the artwork as their own.
⭐ Personal use: The client may use the artwork for personal projects (e.g., social media profiles, printing for personal use) with proper credit.
⭐ Commercial use: Commercial rights must be purchased separately at an additional fee. Commercial use includes but is not limited to reproducing, distributing, or using the artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising).

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS.
Any disputes or issues that arise outside of these terms will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
